| Dräger has a tradition of allowing flexible working hours. During a number of different phases, the Dräger Group has introduced enormous flexibility into the various work time models operated by its individual companies. Giving due consideration to operational requirements, our staff are responsible for planning their working hours flexibly to suit their personal needs. On some days they may work just four, and on others as many as nine hours, instead of the usual seven, depending on current workload levels and on personal preference. Employees discuss and agree on the arrangement of working hours as a team. |
