| As announced by Drägerwerk AG, Lübeck, the entire new services business by the Medical Technology division has for the first time reached in 1999 an or-der volume of altogether around DM 100 million, a significant share be-ing generated by the growth business of Dräger TGM.

| Kirchheimbolanden-based Dräger TGM GmbH, which operates in the market for full-line technical services for hospital and clinics, is presently growing at a rate normally reserved for the so-called new market of tele-com, Internet, and multimedia. Founded over three years ago, Dräger TGM has boosted sales from DM 10 million in 1996 to around DM 50 million in 1999. This year, the company and its staff of just under 250 is targeting around DM 75 million.

| The product and services spectrum is getting to be more and more com-prehensive, the focal point being the optimization and control of techni-cal services to hospitals through single-source project management alongside a full range of equipment management services covering such aspects as medical apparatus, energy and building systems as well as fire protection plans. |

| Even now, Dräger TGM GmbH is looking after around 10 percent of Germany's hospitals and clinics and the first customers have been signed up outside of Germany, too. General Manager Otto Möller ex-plains the success of TGM with the desire for single-source and efficient quality and cost-efficient technical services and points to the profitable benefits accruing to both parties through such a relationship. |

| TGM has developed a concept of central sterilization that is finding great inter-est. This is an additional service whereby TGM plans, sets up, fi-nances and, if required, operates central sterilization stations. |
